Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nerb (the "Service"), operated by Dot Square Lab Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales ("Nerb", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Nerb is a hosted gateway that, with your authorization, provides read-only access to your Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console accounts and makes that data available to your own large-language-model or MCP client. The Service is currently provided on an early-access / beta basis and may change.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may only connect Google accounts that you own or are otherwise authorized to access, and you confirm that you have the authority to grant Nerb access to the data in those accounts.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@nerb.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access data you are not authorized to access, or use the Service in breach of any agreement you have with Google or any third party;
• violate Google's applicable terms, including the Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console terms of service;
• resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted;
• attempt to disrupt or circumvent the Service's security, rate limits, or access controls, or reverse engineer the Service except to the extent permitted by law.

The Service provides read-only access to your Google data; it does not make changes to your Google accounts.

5. The Google connection

You authorize Nerb to access your Google data through Google's OAuth flow. You can revoke that authorization at any time from the Connected accounts page or from your Google account permissions, after which Nerb will no longer be able to access the relevant data. Our handling of data accessed through the Service is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

During early access the Service is provided without any service-level commitment. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nerb will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by Dot Square Lab Ltd and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms. Your data remains yours.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to them.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
